- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 90 del Codigo de Comercio, salvo las expresiones "abogados, economistas y contadores" y "permanentes", y las frases "y multa hasta de veinte mil pesos" y "Una y otra las decretara el Superintendente de Industria y Comercio", todas las cuales se declaran INEXEQUIBLES.
