- R E S U E L V E :
- Declararse INHIBIDA para realizar un pronunciamiento de fondo respecto del numeral 7o. del articulo 61 de la Ley 49 de 1.990 "por la cual se reglamenta la repatriacion de capitales, se estimula el mercado accionario, se expiden normas en materia tributaria, aduanera y se dictan otras disposiciones.", y de los articulos 1o. y 4o. en los segmentos demandados del Decreto 1751 de 1.991 "por el cual se establecen mecanismos de saneamiento aduanero.", por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
