ARTICULO 4 º . Tarifa ad valorem . El saneamiento de las mercancías se efectuará mediante la cancelación del monto resultante de aplicar las siguientes tarifas ad valorem de las mercancías: 75% - Vehículos. 10% - Maquinaria, equipos, partes y piezas, materias primas, aeronaves y barcos. 35% - Otras mercancías diferentes a las anteriores.

Parágrafo

El saneamiento aquí previsto no dará lugar a cobros diferentes de la tarifa ad valorem contemplada en este artículo.
