- PRIMERO. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLES el Acuerdo entre el Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Programa Mundial de Alimentos -PMA- de las Naciones Unidas", firmado el 21 de julio de 1994, y la ley 197 de 1995 que lo aprueba.
- SEGUNDO. Comuníquese esta decisión al Gobierno Nacional por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Presidencia de la República, y enviésele copia auténtica de la misma para los efectos constitucionales previstos en el numeral 10 del artículo 241 de la Carta Política.
