- ESTÉSE a lo resuelto por la Corte Constitucional en las sentencias Nos. C-494 de 1996 que declaró inexequible la expresión "así medie renuncia previa de su empleo", y C-010 de 23 de enero de 1997 que declaró exequible la expresión "durante el período para el cual fue elegido y durante el año siguiente al mismo", contenidas en el numeral 7o del artículo 5o de la Ley 177 de 1994.
