Se solicitó aclarar o adicionar la Sentencia T-171/16, en el sentido de indicar que se autoriza el servicio integral de transporte, no sólo para la hemodiálisis que requiere el accionante, sino para todos los demás desplazamientos que tenga que realizar para atender sus citas médicas, exámenes, laboratorios y radiografías.
Por no cumplir los presupuestos requeridos para estudiar la viabilidad de aclaración o adición de providencias proferidas por la Corporación, la Sala decide declarar IMPROCEDENTE la petición formulada.
