- RESUELVE:
- Primero. CONFIRMAR el auto de veintiuno (21) de septiembre de 2012, por el cual se rechazo la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Elmer Ramiro Silva Rodriguez, contra el Acto Legislativo 05 de 2011, "Por el cual se constituye el Sistema General de Regalias, se modifican los articulos 360 y 361 de la Constitucion Politica y se dictas otras disposiciones sobre el Regimen de Regalias y Compensaciones".
