Se denegó la solicitud de aclaración de las Sentencias C-177/93 y C-964/99, toda vez que de conformidad con lo previsto en el Art. 241 de la Carta, la Corte Constitucional no tiene asignada la función de órgano consultivo.
Por consiguiente, no está dentro de su competencia la de absolver consultas o aclaraciones que se originen en la interpretación y cumplimiento de sus fallos.
Además, es preciso señalar que está vedado a la Corte pronunciarse nuevamente sobre un asunto decidido en una providencia anterior y donde ha operado el fenómeno de la cosa juzgada constitucional.
