Se negó la solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-1075/00 presentada por el ciudadano de la referencia, toda vez que la Corte no encuentra que la citada providencia hubiere mortificado la jurisprudencia que fijó la Sentencia T-390/98, sino que por el contrario reiteró la tesis de esta Corporación, en relación con el derecho a la igualdad salarial.
Contra esta decisión no procede recurso alguno.
