Se rechazó por improcedente la solicitud de nulidad de una sentencia de la Corte, presentada por el accionante referido, toda vez que el mencionado fallo hizo tránsito a cosa juzgada.
Para la Corte es inadmisible que una persona descontenta por el sentido del fallo que no lo favoreció pretenda inferir una nulidad de las mismas circunstancias desfavorables en que ella queda por haberle sido negadas sus pretensiones, tal como acontece en este caso.
Esta Corporación considera que esa molestia o disgusto no puede deducir una vulneración del debido proceso por el solo hecho de que se trata de una providencia definitiva contra la cual no procede ningún recurso.
