Se revocó el auto proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Ibagué, en el cual inadmitieron el conflicto de competencias planteado por el Juzgado Segundo Promiscuo Municipal de Natagaima y el Juzgado Primero Civil del Circuito del Guamo, toda vez que es ese Tribunal quien tiene la competencia para resolver el conflicto suscitado entre los jueces de tutela mencionados por ser el superior jerárquico común.
En consecuencia, se remite el expediente para que defina quién es la autoridad judicial competente para conocer de la acción de tutela interpuesta por el ciudadano de la referencia contra la Lotería del Tolima.
