Se rechazó por improcedente la solicitud de nulidad presentada por el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y carcelario –INPEC, contra la Sentencia T-603/03 por presentarse de forma extemporánea, toda vez que a partir de esta fecha la entidad demandada contaba con tres días hábiles para presentar la solicitud de nulidad, es decir, hasta el 20 de octubre de 2003, pero la solicitud fue presentada ante esta Corte, sólo hasta el 14 de noviembre de 2003, lo que comprueba, sin lugar a dudas, su extemporaneidad.
