LEY 318 DE 1996, 20/09/1996, por la cual se establecen mecanismos para el manejo de los recursos financieros destinados al cumplimiento de los compromisos financieros internacionales, se crea la Agencia Colombiana de Cooperación Internacional y se dictan otras disposiciones para el fomento de la cooperación internacional.
