Los recursos del fondo de organismos financieros internacionales se destinaran a cumplir con los compromisos de pago como miembros de los organismos financieros multinacionales, incluyendo pagos al Fondo Monetario Internacional que no se realicen con cargo a las reservas internacionales, tales como aporte a capital o como contribuciones a sus recursos.
