Article 14

Ley 318 de 1996 · LEY 318 DE 1996, 20/09/1996, por la cual se establecen mecanismos para el manejo de los recursos financieros destinados al cumplimiento de los compromisos financieros internacionales, se crea la Agencia Colombiana de Cooperación Internacional y se dictan otras disposiciones para el fomento de la cooperación internacional.

La Agencia Colombiana de Cooperación Internacional contara con un director general, quien será agente de libre nombramiento y remoción del Presidente de la República.

Para el ejercicio del cargo deberá acreditar los siguientes requisitos profesionales

Contar con título profesional de postgrado mínimo a nivel maestría.

Demostrar un mínimo de cinco (5) años de experiencia profesional, preferiblemente en el área de cooperación internacional.

Tener dominio oral y escrito del idioma ingles y/o otro idioma de relaciones internacionales.
