1El Artículo 3º Del Decreto 1632 De 1938 Quedará Así: Cuando El Trabajo Se Realice Por Medio De Contratistas, El Dueño De La Empresa, Base Industrial O Establecimiento Respectivo, Estará Obligado Solidariamente Con El Contratista A Las Indemnizaciones Establecidas Por La Ley 53 De 1938 Y Por El Artículo 2º De La Ley 197 De 19382El Artículo 6º Del Citado Decreto Quedará Así: En El Tiempo Que Dure La Licencia Concedida Por Mandato De Las Disposiciones Anteriores, La Remuneración Que Corresponde A La Trabajadora Se Fijará Tomando Como Base El Jornal Diario Que Ella Haya Devengado En El Mes Anterior, Y Multiplicando La Cifra Que Ese Jornal Diario Represente Por El Número De Días A Que Se Extiende Aquella Licencia
