El artículo 3º del Decreto 1632 de 1938 quedará así: Cuando el trabajo se realice por medio de contratistas, el dueño de la empresa, base industrial o establecimiento respectivo, estará obligado solidariamente con el contratista a las indemnizaciones establecidas por la Ley 53 de 1938 y por el artículo 2º de la Ley 197 de 1938.
