1º Delégase En Los Alcaldes De Las Ciudades Capitales De Departamento Y En Los De Aquellas En Las Cuales Se Presta Actualmente Servicio De Transporte Colectivo Urbano, La Facultad De Otorgar, Mediante Permiso, Rutas Y Horarios Para La Prestación De Este Servicio Y Para Que Establezcan Sistemas O Subsistemas Administradores De Rutas, Con El Objeto De Racionalizar La Prestación Del Servicio Público De Transporte2º La Junta Directiva Del Instituto Nacional De Transporte, Intra, Establecerá Las Condiciones Y Requisitos Para La Organización Y Funcionamiento De Las Asociaciones De Empresas De Transporte Y El Régimen De Sanciones Que Les Sea Aplicable3º Delégase En Los Alcaldes De Las Ciudades Capitales De Departamento Y En Los De Aquellas En Las Cuales Se Presta Actualmente El Servicio De Transporte Público Urbano, La Facultad De Fijar Con Sujeción A Las Normas Contenidas En El Decreto 588 De 1978, Las Tarifas Que Correspondan Por La Prestación De Este Servicio, Cuando Él No Sea Subsidiado Por El Estado4º Para El Ejercicio De Las Facultades Delegadas En Los Artículos Anteriores, Se Requerirá El Concepto Previo De Un Comité Asesor De Transporte, Integrado Por: El Alcalde Del Municipio, Quien Lo Presidirá; El Secretario De Obras Públicas Municipal, El Inspector Municipal De Tránsito Y Transporte O Quien Haga Sus Veces, Un Representante De La Oficina De Planeación Municipal Y Un Delegado Del Instituto Nacional Del Transporte5º Los Alcaldes Podrán Establecer Para El Servicio De Transporte Público Colectivo Urbano, Sin Subsidio, Tarifas Diferenciales, Teniendo En Cuenta Las Condiciones De Operación De Las Rutas Y Las Condiciones Socio - Económicas De Los Usuarios6º El Presente Decreto Deroga Los Decretos 1034 Y 2618 De 1984 Y Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación, Afecta La Vigencia De: [ Mostrar ] Deroga Decreto 1034 De 1984 Deroga Decreto 2618 De 1984 Publíquese Y Cúmplase
