º Para El Ejercicio De Las Facultades Delegadas En Los Artículos Anteriores, Se Requerirá El Concepto Previo De Un Comité Asesor De Transporte, Integrado Por: El Alcalde Del Municipio, Quien Lo Presidirá; El Secretario De Obras Públicas Municipal, El Inspector Municipal De Tránsito Y Transporte O Quien Haga Sus Veces, Un Representante De La Oficina De Planeación Municipal Y Un Delegado Del Instituto Nacional Del Transporte

º Para el ejercicio de las facultades delegadas en los artículos anteriores, se requerirá el concepto previo de un Comité Asesor de Transporte, integrado por: el Alcalde del Municipio, quien lo presidirá; el Secretario de Obras Públicas Municipal, el Inspector Municipal de Tránsito y Transporte o quien haga sus veces, un representante de la Oficina de Planeación Municipal y un delegado del Instituto Nacional del Transporte.

El Instituto Nacional del Transporte, INTRA, prestará la asesoría técnica que requiera el Comité Asesor de Transporte a que se hace referencia en este artículo,
