1Los Gravámenes De Las Posiciones Del Capítulo 69 Del Arancel De Aduanas, Serán Los Siguientes: Gravamen Gravamen Posición % Posición % 692El Artículo 28 Del Decreto 2011 De Octubre 4 De 1973, Quedará Así: "artículo 283Modificase El Artículo 1° Del Decreto 2717 De Diciembre 26 De 1973 En Los Siguientes Términos: "artículo 1° Para Los Efectos Señalados En El Artículo 1° De La Ley 74 De 1958, Solamente Podrán Considerarse Como Papeles Destinados A La Impresión De Libros Y Revistas, Los Que Tengan Marcas De Agua O Filigrama, Consistentes En Líneas O Rayas Continuas, Paralelas, Separadas Unas De Otras A Distancias De 4 A 6 Centímetros Y Que Sean Clasificables En Las Posiciones 484Deróganse Todas Las Disposiciones Que Se Opongan A La Aplicación De Este Decreto5Este Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Expedición
