Los contralores, ante la renuencia en la presentación oportuna de las cuentas o informes, o su no presentación por más de tres (3) períodos consecutivos o seis (6) no consecutivos dentro de un mismo periodo fiscal, solicitarán la remoción o la terminación del contrato por justa causa del servidor público, según fuere el caso, cuando la mora o la renuencia hayan sido sancionadas previamente con multas.
