ARTICULO 52. ASCENSO DEL PERSONAL RESTABLECIDO EN FUNCIONES. El personal restablecido por absolución, preclusión, cesación o revocatoria de la medida de aseguramiento, excepto por vencimiento de términos, podrá ser ascendido al grado inmediatamente superior con novedad fiscal, antigüedad y orden de prelación que le hubiere correspondido en el momento en que ascendieron sus compañeros de curso o promoción, sin que para el efecto se exija requisitos diferentes a los establecidos en la ley.
