- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida el 28 de mayo de 1999 por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Juez
- Septimo. de Familia de Bogota, que revoque el Auto del 18 de marzo de 1999, por medio del cual declaro la ilegalidad de todo lo actuado, levanto las medidas cautelares y rechazo la demanda ejecutiva instaurada por la accionante en contra del senor Luis Alfonso Murillo Sanchez, en favor de su hijo menor Sebastian Murillo Escamilla.
- Tercero. Surtase el tramite previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
