- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido el 6 de junio de 2002 por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Penal del Circuito de Bucaramanga, por el cual se confirmó la sentencia desestimatoria de primer grado y se complementó en el sentido de orientar a la solicitante para que se acerque al Hospital Universitario Ramón González Valencia, con el fin de que continúe con el tratamiento y se le practique el procedimiento de SAFENOVARICECTOMIA, que le fue ordenado con cargo a los recursos del subsidio a la oferta; al propio tiempo que le ordenó a CAFESALUD poner en conocimiento de la SECRETARÍA DE SALUD dicha situación, con el fin de que se verifique el procedimiento médico que le seguirá el mencionado hospital universitario.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la SECRETARÍA DE SALUD realizar el correspondiente acompañamiento y vigilancia sobre el procedimiento médico que se le debe seguir a la usuaria, a efectos de garantizar su eficacia.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se dé cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
