- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspension de terminos en este proceso, ordenada mediante el auto dictado el 5 de Septiembre de 2002, aclarado en virtud del auto proferido el 18 de Septiembre del mismo ano.
- Segundo. REVOCAR la sentencia dictada el 12 de Febrero de 2002 por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota, Sala Penal, y en su lugar CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 27 de Noviembre de 2001 por el Juzgado Treinta Penal del Circuito de la misma ciudad.
- En consecuencia, el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria, debera dictar una nueva sentencia, en un termino de quince (15) dias habiles contados a partir del siguiente a la notificacion de esta providencia, de conformidad con las motivaciones de la misma.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
