- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Trece Laboral del Circuito de Medellin. En su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho fundamental de peticion de la senora Maria Eugenia Taborda Saldarriaga.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales de Medellin, para que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion de la presente sentencia, de efectiva respuesta a la peticion de la demandante.
- Tercero. PREVENIR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales para que en el futuro evite un manejo inadecuado de las peticiones de los ciudadanos.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria General, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
