Primero. REVOCAR por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Décimo.
Sexto. Civil Municipal de Medellín, el día once (11) de febrero de dos mil (2000).
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela por los derechos a la igualdad, al trabajo y a la estabilidad laboral reforzada de la ciudadana DIGNORA MARIA HENAO ALVAREZ., y por lo tanto, ORDENAR al Representante Legal de Industrias Astro Ltda. que reintegre a la demandante al oficio que venía desempeñando al momento del despido, sin perjuicio de las demás pretensiones laborales a que pueda tener derecho, la cuales serán definidas por la jurisdicción laboral.
Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
