Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Armenia, el dia 7 de mayo de 1999, el cual revoco la sentencia de tutela dictada por el Juzgado
Quinto. Penal del Circuito de Armenia, el 8 de abril de 1999, y, por lo tanto, denego la tutela impetrada por Rosalba Arias Galvis.
Segundo. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
