- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de septiembre 15 de 2006, proferida por el Juzgado
- Decimo. Penal del Circuito de Cali, que declaro improcedente la tutela al derecho fundamental de peticion, presentada por Jose Oliverio Cardenas Grisales contra la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social - EICE.
- Segundo. ADVERTIR a la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social, EICE, por conducto de su representante legal o quien haga sus veces, que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion de la presente decision, si no lo hubiere hecho, se pronuncie de fondo sobre el objeto de la peticion presentada por Jose Oliverio Cardenas Grisales.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, LIBRESE la comunicacion a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
