- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Sala de Decisión del Tribunal Administrativo de Bolívar del 17 de enero del presente año, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela incoada por Lina Rosa Galván Maussa contra la Industria Licorera de Bolívar. En su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales al mínimo vital y al pago oportuno de la pensión.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Gerente de la Industria Licorera de Bolívar que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a la inmediata cancelación de todas las mesadas pensionales que se adeudan a Lina Rosa Galván Maussa y asegure el cumplido pago de las que se causen en el futuro.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
