- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia el 10 de noviembre de 1999, por el Juzgado
- Primero. Promiscuo del Circuito de Sabanalarga (Atlántico).
- Segundo. ORDENAR al liquidador de la empresa Asiser y a los Alcaldes de los Municipios de Polonuevo y Baranoa, Atlántico, como miembros de su Junta Directiva de la empresa Asiser, que inicien los trámites que sean necesarios, para cancelar al demandante los salarios que se le adeudan.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
