- Sexto. Penal del Circuito de Medellín, que resolvió la demanda de tutela presentada por el joven Nicolás Esteban Ramírez García, en contra del Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola de Medellín, por las razones expuestas en la parte considerativa de esta Sentencia.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
