- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia proferida el 3 de septiembre de 1998.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela por el derecho a la vida. En consecuencia, se ordena al ISS, Seccional Cartagena, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas contadas a partir de la notificación de este fallo, practique el examen ordenado a la actora por el doctor Rolando Ortega desde el mes de junio de 1998.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
