REVOCAR por las razones expuestas la sentencia proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Cali, dentro de la acción de tutela promovida por Ana Cristina Cruz Perdomo contra la E.P.S Servicio Occidental de Salud "S.O.S.", la Dirección Ejecutiva de Administración Judicial y el Ministerio de Hacienda.
- Segundo. DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto, por existir un hecho superado.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
