- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santiago de Cali, el 29 de noviembre de 1999, por medio del cual se negó el amparo solicitado. En su lugar, se CONCEDE la protección de los derechos a la salud, a la seguridad social y a la igualdad.
- En consecuencia, se ORDENA al Seguro Social que preste el servicio de salud hasta cuando adopte una decisión definitiva respecto de la pensión que solicitó el interdicto.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
