Primero. CONFIRMAR, los fallos proferidos el 27 de septiembre de 1999 por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Sabanalarga, Departamento del Atlántico, a través de los cuales denegó las tutelas instauradas por Lorena Berdugo Gomez, Dennis Mercado Sarmiento, Rosa Margarita Ruiz Gutierrez, Angela Sanjuan Castro, Claretit Grau Acuña, Maria Elena Bedoya Vargas E Ismalda Guerrero G., contra el sindicato ANTHOC Seccional de Sabanalarga.
Segundo. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
