PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Cincuenta y Cinco Civil Municipal, el cuatro (4) de marzo de dos mil tres (2003), y en su lugar CONCEDER la acción de tutela a favor de Ricardo Julio Rueda Machado y en contra de COMCEL S.A.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a COMCEL S.A. que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir del momento que tenga conocimiento de la presente sentencia rectifique la información suministrada a Computec, división de Datacrédito, respecto del señor Ricardo Julio Rueda Machado, teniendo en cuenta que las deudas existentes por concepto de las líneas telefónicas 310 8715149 y 310 8715150 no deben estar a su cargo.
TERCERO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
