- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia proferida por la Sub Seccion A de la Seccion Segunda de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del H. Consejo de Estado, el 19 de julio de 2001, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por Gloria Consuelo Castellanos Pedraza contra la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, el 8 de agosto de 2000, en consecuencia negarle a la actora la proteccion invocada.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
