- Primero. CONFIRMAR parcialmente el fallo proferido por el juez diecinueve de familia de Bogota.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela por los derechos a la igualdad, al trabajo y a la estabilidad laboral reforzada de la ciudadana Ana Cristina Sosa Salinas, y por lo tanto, ORDENAR a SERVICIO INERNACIONAL COSMETICO CFM POUPE LTDA. que reintegre a la actora al oficio que venia desempenando al momento del despido, con reanudacion inmediata del pago de su salario, sin perjuicio de las demas pretensiones laborales a que pueda tener derecho, las cuales seran definidas por la jurisdiccion laboral.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR la presente sentencia al Ministerio del Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
- Cuarto. LIBRESE por Secretaria la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991, para los fines alli establecidos.
