Primero. REVOCAR en todas sus partes el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá el 4 de septiembre de 1995, dentro de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada y en consecuencia, ordenar al Director de la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social que, si todavía no lo ha hecho, resuelva u ordene a quien corresponda resolver, en el improrrogable término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de la sentencia, la petición de reconocimiento y pago de la pensión gracia presentada ante esa entidad por Felicita Bono M., el día 15 de noviembre de 1994.
Tercero. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
