PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de 11 de septiembre de 1995, proferida por el Juzgado 2 Civil Municipal de Cali, a través de la cual negó la tutela interpuesta por la ciudadana SOCORRO AMPARO CAJIAO DE BERNAL contra la Asociación Bancaria.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado 2 Civil Municipal de Cali, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
