- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo de fecha 14 de agosto de 1995, proferido por el Juzgado Cuarenta y dos Penal Municipal de Medellín, mediante el cual se negó la acción de tutela impetrada por los ciudadanos JAIME DE JESUS MONTAÑO CANO, MARIA AURA LINA RUIZ ZAPATA, ORLANDO DE JESUS OSORIO MONTOYA, RAFAEL GENARO GALVIS, OMAR DARIO VELEZ USME, WILLIAM DE JESUS LONDOÑO TIRADO y LUIS CONRADO VELEZ HURTADO, contra el Instituto de los Seguros Sociales, Seccional Antioquia, por las razones aquí expuestas.
- SEGUNDO. LIBRENSE, por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
