- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala Penal, el ocho (8) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992) y por la Sala Plena de aquella Corporación el dos (2) de julio del mismo año.
- Segundo. Comuníquese a la H. Corte Suprema de Justicia la presente decisión para que sea notificada al peticionario y a los Presidentes de la Sala de Casación Penal y de la Sala Plena de esa Corporación, de conformidad con lo ordenado por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
