- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Confirmar la decisión del H. Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá -Sala Civil-, de junio 22 de 1993, que confirma la decisión de primera instancia en el asunto de la referencia, en consideración al reconocimiento de la autonomía universitaria que hace la Constitución Política.
- Segundo. Oficiar al Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior ICFES, para que, en la órbita de su competencia, adelante las investigaciones que sobre posibles faltas se hayan cometido con ocasión de los hechos motivo de la presente acción.
- Tercero. Notifíquese la presente resolución al Juzgado Veinte (20) Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá para los efectos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
