- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Tunja de fecha ocho ( 8 ) de marzo de 2002.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la presente tutela, y en consecuencia, ordenar al Señor Alcalde Municipal de Siachoque (Boyacá) que en el término de sesenta (60) días contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, culmine los tramites necesarios para lograr la afiliación de la actora al Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio, atendiendo las normas vigentes sobre la materia y las regulaciones que de la ley 715 de 2001 se hagan al respecto.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
