- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Promiscuo de Familia de la ciudad de Cucuta, de fecha 6 de septiembre de 1995, en el proceso de la referencia, por medio del cual se rechazo la tutela impetrada por dona Gloria Amparo Rincon Perez. En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos a la vida y a la salud de la accionante, de conformidad con la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al puesto de Salud del Barrio Los Comuneros de la ciudad de Cucuta que dentro del termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, suministre la atencion inicial medica, requerida con caracter urgente por la accionante, en relacion con las dolencias fisicas que padece en detrimento de su vida.
- TERCERO. LIBRENSE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
