- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de San Pedro (Antioquia), el 22 de febrero de 2002.
- Segundo. PREVENIR a las autoridades administrativas del Municipio de San Pedro, para que si no lo han hecho, adelanten los trámites requeridos para obtener los respectivos permisos ambientales para el funcionamiento de la planta de tratamiento del matadero municipal. Así mismo se les prevendrá a las citadas autoridades y a las ambientales del Municipio, a fin de que mantengan un estricto control sobre el funcionamiento de la planta, procurando sino acabar, si minimizar al máximo los olores generados por la planta aludida.
- Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
