PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo, Sección Quinta, del Consejo de Estado, de fecha dieciseis (16) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995), la cual a su vez confirmó el fallo de la Sección Primera del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, de fecha veintitrés (23) de mayo del corriente año, que había denegado la solicitud de tutela; y, en consecuencia, CONCEDER al señor Oscar Enrique Jaimes Barrios la tutela de su derecho constitucional fundamental al debido proceso.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Consejo Directivo de la Corporación Universitaria de Ciencias Agropecuarias, la tramitación inmediata y la pronta resolución del recurso de apelación que interpuso el señor Oscar Enrique Jaimes Barrios contra el acuerdo del Consejo Académico número veinticuatro (24) del veinte (20) de abril del año en curso.
TERCERO. COMUNICAR esta providencia a la Sección Primera del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
