  1. Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia del Juzgado
  2. Cuarto. Laboral del Circuito (4o.) de Santafé de Bogotá, de fecha once (11) de julio del año en curso, por las razones aquí expuestas. En su lugar, CONCÉDESE la tutela solicitada, por la vulneración del derecho de petición de la señora Cecilia Núñez Bueno. Por tanto, ORDÉNASE a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, dé respuesta a la solicitud de pago presentada por el apoderado de la señora Cecilia Núñez Bueno.
  3. Segundo. Por Secretaría General, REMÍTASE copia de esta providencia a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, para los efectos señalados en la parte motiva de este fallo.
  4. Tercero. Por Secretaría General, REMÍTANSE el expediente de tutela y este fallo, al Juez
  5. Cuarto. (4o.) Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, para los efectos consagrados en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
