- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Penal Municipal de Cali, de fecha julio 31 de 1995, dentro de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
- Segundo. Conceder la tutela solicitada, en consecuencia, se ordena al Director del Instituto de los Seguros Sociales, Seccional Valle del Cauca, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, proceda ordenar a quien corresponda, la continuidad en el pago de la pensión de sobrevivientes a la señora Edelmira Osorio de González, así como de las demás prestaciones económicas y de salud a que tenga derecho según la ley.
- Tercero. Líbrese comunicación al Juzgado
- Cuarto. Penal Municipal de Cali, a efecto de que notifique esta sentencia a las respectivas partes y adopte las decisiones necesarias para la ejecución de lo aquí dispuesto.
